Where should an organisation begin with AI?
Begin with the decision or problem that matters to the business. Then ask whether AI helps, what needs oversight and what the team must learn to use it well. A tool is one part of the answer; adoption, trust and context matter too.
Strategy, adoption and governance
I advise organisations on AI strategy and governance and design programmes that help leaders work through the implications for their decisions and teams. This work sits within my broader experience in creative strategy and business transformation.
What does this look like in a room?
My executive education work includes an AI programme for IC Securities. The focus is helping leaders make sense of change and prepare to act: where to begin, what requires judgment and what capabilities need to grow.
Why does African context matter?
An approach developed elsewhere still has to meet the infrastructure, incentives and everyday realities of the people using it here. My regional creative leadership experience across 23 markets keeps that question close.
